About Me
Originally from the Czech Republic and shaped by living in seven countries, I founded DC Talent because I see massive opportunities to better connect talent with companies.
After 12+ years in talent acquisition, including building the TA function at APAC's fastest-growing data centre builder & operator, I witnessed the frustrating disconnect between exceptional talent and companies that desperately need them.

My approach is human and hands-on. I specialise in technical data centre roles across the full lifecycle - from design and construction to operations and safety - helping teams scale across Australia, Singapore, Japan, and Malaysia with transparent communication, honest feedback, and genuine respect for everyone involved.
